I was looking for a daily devotional that I could use during my pregnancy that allowed me to pray for my unborn baby, as well as leading me through all the things I am experiencing as an expectant mother. I bought 6 devotional books, and I found this one to be the best in terms of prayer and devotions. I am currently using this daily as I found the prayers comforting and builds faith during this time of waiting.

Although the presentation of the book is not the best of the ones I bought, what I love about this book is that it has a daily devotion & prayers for each day of your pregnancy, and it guides you to devote through issues that new mothers may experience like anxiety, pregnancy symptoms, changes in perspective, parenting, etc. And also celebrates with you - your expectations for your new baby, praying for your baby, uplifting experiences during your pregnancy, names for baby, etc

For me, this daily devotional really journeys with me during my pregnancy.

Pros:
+ Has great spiritual substance in its content (christian)
+ Has daily devotionals and prayers that are well written for each day of your pregnancy
+ Identifies with what a pregnant mother may be going through, thinking of or feeling - and speaks faith into you
+ I like journalling, and I found the journalling sections gave me some great questions to reflect, pray and thank God about.

Cons:
+ The presentation is not 'pretty' like some other devotionals
+ Larger size than most devotionals
+ If you are looking for devotionals with sweet/feel-good stories, then this is not the right devotional for you.

I bought this book to give sometime as a gift. This is a great book- a wonderful companion to expecting mothers, those desiring to become pregnant as well as those already pregnant. Not only inspirational for mothers but a beautiful keepsake for the babies when they are grown.

I used this book to pray throughout my pregnancy and let me tell you it was a true blessing. The prayers cover every situation that is relevant in pregnancy for instance there are prayers for the health of mother and baby, appropriate bible readings and space for you to record your own thoughts. This is good as it would reveal to your child all your prayers, hopes and dreams for him or her. I would have given it five stars except that it could be packaged better and it needs a lot of editing as there are many typos including grammatical errors etc. I would urge the author and publishers to correct the mistakes and to make the book more attractive. I would then urge expectant mothers who want to pray throughout their pregnancy to buy it as despite its packaging and errors it is worth it.

I purchased this book during a very hard time. I had gone through 3 miscarriages in a row and was pregnant again for my 4th. I bought this book to help me with daily prayers for a successful pregnancy. Anyone who has been though miscarriages understands that pregnancy is very stressful and scary. It did help me get through the first 8 weeks. Unfortunately I did miscarry 4th time but I have to say that having this book on my nightstand each night was very comforting during the good days of that pregnancy. I understood that my childs life was in God's hands and the best that I could do is pray and be as healthy as can be. I did end up finally having a successful pregnancy the 5th time around and used this book through that pregnancy. I would recommend this for any spiritual woman that is expecting.

I originally ordered this for a friend who asked me to pray for her during her pregnancy. I loved it so much I purchased 4 more and gave them as gifts to other friends expecting. I kept one for myself so I would be able to pray in agreement with each one of them. Not only does it have a prayer based on scripture for everyday...but also has a prayer for women who are trying to conceive and a prayer for couples considering adoption. Each day also has a section for you to be able to journal your thoughts...a great keepsake for your child. As always, ordering from Amazon was a great experience.

I really enjoyed going through this book while I was pregnant! I loved how there was one for each day, and I loved how many of them were praying for the distant future for my son...not something I would've naturally been thinking about when he wasn't born yet.

I marked a number of the prayers to use anytime, as I felt they were very powerful prayers and could be used for years to comr!

Highly recommend this book if you want to be closer to God during pregnancy!

I thought this journal was excellent. I enjoyed reading the story,reading the prayer and then writing my thoughts and feelings on the bottom. It made you think and prepared you for the delivery. For me, it gave me peace and comfort as well as being very excited for my arrival. I highly recommend this for first time Mom's!

The product seems a little "home-made" not as professional or well-put-together as I would have expected. I noticed some errors in the grammar/writing. It does offer some useful meditations and prayers though. I didn't enjoy the journaling activities - kind of blah - but I guess it'd be hard to think of something new and interesting to write about every single day. I more or less used it as a guide for prayers.
