5.0 out of 5 stars So easy!, April 22, 2001

I recently bought my son a new computer- but it didn't take long for him to start clamoring for upgrades. I purchased this video and watched it with my son. Even though I am not very technical, I found the video very easy to follow and really simplified the upgrade process for me. (I had tried to read a manual before this, but found the manual complicated with too many technical jargons.) The instructor was very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this video.

All though the content is accurate it is very hard to hear the instructor. The music overrides the instuctor and I had to rewind the tape many times to try and hear what was being said.

This video is a no nonsense 20 minute guide on how to upgrade your PC. The host goes through each step, explaining everything as he goes. There are also nice menus, and interactive highlights that help make computer terms understandable. This video is highly recommended for people looking to do simple upgrades such as memory, cpu, or disk drives and don't want to spend money on someone else doing it for them. You'll also learn quite a bit along the way.
