This is a well written adventure written by the original gamers in the genre. As one of the first TSR AD&D adventures, it would hold a space on your shelf based on that alone. However, it doesnt need to rely on such, as the writing is actually pretty good as well. This module basically ties together the AD&D realm of Greyhawk with the game Star Frontiers (although at the time it was written, Star Frontiers was purely conceptual and was actually called something else, the name of which i dont remember at this moment (it does say in the module though)). Anyway, the basic premise is that a space ship was traveling when the human crew and passengers were afflicted with a contagious disease that wiped them out. The ship fell through a black hole and crashed on the world of Oerth. A hundred years ater, events unfold which cause the nation of Geoff to assemble an expedition to explore this ship.What i like to do with this module is adapt it a little to tie Spelljammer into my campaign via this ship. However, it is fun as it is as well, although the likelihood of the entire party surviving is fairly slim. Enjoy!
