Product Description

Amazon.com Product Description

ExpensAble 5 is an expense-management solution for creating, submitting, and processing business expenses. Never miss a single expense and get reimbursed faster. Several integrated "genies" improve ease of use and simplify the process. Track missing receipts, ticket numbers, and ticket class from the main entry screen. Even access travel services online without leaving ExpensAble.

Prepopulate corporate credit card data directly into ExpensAble via ExpensAble.com. The Credit Card Reconciliation feature helps you find all credit card expenses you may have left off your expense report. The Trip Genie prompts you with questions to help capture all your expenses. The Hotel Genie automatically itemizes your daily hotel expenses and reconciles your hotel bill. The Foreign Currency Genie remembers the expense rate you set for expenses and applies it to your expense report.

Another key feature is the software's integration with Intuit QuickBooks. You can send expenses to QuickBooks Pro 2002 and QuickBooks Premier 2002. Easily assign expense types to QuickBooks Pro expense accounts by importing them into ExpensAble with the click of a button. Pass-through expense billing to QuickBooks Pro eliminates the need for rekeying billing information.

Note: This is a single-user license.

5.0 out of 5 stars ExpensAble took the headache out of reporting my expenses., June 1, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: Expensable 5: Single User License T&E Expense Reporting (CD-ROM)
I'm amazed how ExpensAble took the headache out of reporting my expenses of my last business trip. With its expense entry Genies, it provided a sure-fire way getting all the expenses recorded - even the easy to forget costs like tips and toll fares. I would definitley recommend this to anyone who wants a quick and easy tool for recording and submitting their expenses.

5.0 out of 5 stars Huge time saver vs. paper or Exel or anything else!, May 30, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: Expensable 5: Single User License T&E Expense Reporting (CD-ROM)
I have been a user of ExpensAble for years. I typically travel coast to coast with my laptop. On the flight home I boot up ExpensAble at 30,000 feet, get out my receipts, and before the movie starts I have a finished professional looking expense report that is seldom questioned and usually reimbursed faster than my colleagues who are still in the dinosaur age using a spreadsheet for cheap substitutes. This Quicken-like product has super easy to use features such as drop down autofill like lists that remember your last trip--so if you go to the same cities, hotels, cabs or airlines it minimizes re-entry. I've heard they have an internet version for larger companies too. Try it. For under ...you can't go wrong. I paid for it the first time I used it. Hey, if I can use it without documentation so can you :-)

1.0 out of 5 stars Unusable Product, May 11, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: Expensable 5: Single User License T&E Expense Reporting (CD-ROM)
I am in the process of returning this product to Amazon.

The product came with no hardcopy documentation and the Help file on the CD is totally useless.

These are big issues since the product is anything but intuitive.

This is without question the worst software product that I have ever purchased.
