This product falls in line for expectations of material from ExperTech. The course offers a video seminar with power point type presentations and a short quiz at the end of each subject matter. As a sales person in the telecommunication industry, I was looking for the 10,000-foot overview of the listed technologies: ATM, DWDM and ISDN. This particular cluster of material presented a 100,000-foot overview of the technologies. If you are looking for an INTRO to each, then this is your product. They do a good job of presenting a basic understanding. I gave it three stars because the title represents a more in-depth analysis of ATM, DWDM and ISDN. If you are familiar with these topics you don't need this CD. In ExperTech's defense if you enlarge the picture it does say Introduction but there is nothing to reference this the description or title. If you are an engineer in the telecom industry you won't need this. If you are a sale person or perhaps an investor that want to know the basics then this is for you. This CD includes the exact same presentations sold individually as Intro to DWDM, Intro to ATM and Intro to ISDN so don't duplicate your purchase.
