Good as only an Intro to DWDM
The CD is well organized and it allows you to go through at your own pace. Each presentation has a short quiz after it. The information included in the CD is only an introduction. This is great for a sales person starting out in Optics. If you have experience in DWDM or if you prefer to dive into topics on a very detailed level this is not the CD for you. If you are...

Good, but the language used is dificult to understand.
Good Introduction to DWDM technology, but the language used by the autor is difficult to understand for no USA people (that don't speak USA english). The autor uses idiom to explain importants issues.

The CD is well organized and it allows you to go through at your own pace. Each presentation has a short quiz after it. The information included in the CD is only an introduction. This is great for a sales person starting out in Optics. If you have experience in DWDM or if you prefer to dive into topics on a very detailed level this is not the CD for you. If you are a beginner feel confident that they will give you a full understanding of the basics of DWDM.
