I was disappointed, July 17, 2010
This review is from: Experience Your Good Now!: Learning to Use Affirmations (Hardcover)
I'm a big fan of Louise, and have gotten a lot out of her books, including this one. However, I was disappointed that this book contained so little new material, and the CD is identical to the one that accompanied I Can Do It -- not similar, but identical, only with a different label. And unmarked tracks, so you can't repeat a chapter or skip around among sections. It's all on one track. That's odd, because the I Can Do It version has tracks. And none of the new material from the book is on the CD. I bought the book in advance after receiving an email from Hay House (the publisher) encouraging fans to buy the book right away so that it could get high sales, which would boost its Amazon ranking among best sellers. So, I ordered the book without benefit of any reviews. I thought it might be helpful to folks who are not familiar with Louise's writings, that boosting the sales might help them find this wonderful resource. But I do feel a bit deceived, in that so much of the material is just a repeat. Nonetheless, if you are new to Louise Hay's books and philosophy, I would highly recommend either this book or I Can Do It. This book does have a little bit of additional material. However, if you are primarily interested in listening, I'd get I Can Do It for a more satisfying listening experience.

YOUR WINDOW INTO PROSPERITY, May 17, 2010
This review is from: Experience Your Good Now!: Learning to Use Affirmations (Hardcover)
Louise Hay has been a long-time favorite author of mine. She has helped me to have the inner confidence to believe that what I think about will come into my life. This is another delightful little book that she has written, but it's more comprehensive than her others. In fact, she has given us affirmations for nearly every important area of life: Health, Fearful Emotions, Critical Thinking, Addictions, Forgiveness, Work, Money and Prosperity, Friends, Love and Intimacy, and Aging. I would highly recommend getting this book along with another that I just finished reading. I've been so inspired by Serendipitously Rich: How to Get Delightfully, Delectably, Deliciously Rich (or Anything Else You Want) in 7 Ridiculously Easy Steps, which was written by Madeleine Kay, along with a foreword by Joe Vitale. This book gives you that same fun and delightful feeling as it moves you positively on a path of change. However, it also gives you some practical steps which are akin to putting these life-improving affirmations into practice.

I have been "here" before :(, May 12, 2010
This review is from: Experience Your Good Now!: Learning to Use Affirmations (Hardcover)
Yes, I took a chance and now I can say for sure that if you already have "I can do It" book with cd you have heard 95% of this already. And since its of no value to dwell on lack (out $12.00) this will conclude my review.
