Okay, so I'm slightly biased in that I went to same Copenhagen high school (Rodovre Statsskole for all you Danes out there) 1980-83 as the superb soprano Inger Dam-Jensen, who contributes several songs to this wonderful album. Inger was a music major and in her finals was awarded top grade after singing a Mozart ditty! How cool is that?! Her singing on this album gives me goosebumps, and brings to mind the glorious opera scenes in Amadeus the film. Here we have a beautiful selection of his music, which proves why he, and not Salieri has achieved immortality. Oh, did I mention that I was in the chorus in our high school production of The Rocky Horror Show, in which Inger was a great Janet, so great in fact that no one noticed when I fell off stage at some point during the performance - all eyes were on Inger!
