The Math Part From Another Textbook,
By
This review is from: Experiences in Math for Young Children (Paperback)
Here's the deal with this book: it's part of another book. Roz Charlesworth has written a SUPERB book that meshes math and science pedagogy and content with smoothness. This book, again, just takes the math sections (which are very well done) of that text to make this stand alone product. For the uninitiated, perhaps this book will be a good fit. On the other hand, once you see the natural efficient connections between math and science, seeing the math section stand by itself like this might leave you a bit empty. In the end, this book is only worth getting if you DO NOT have Charlesworth's EXPERIENCES IN MATH AND SCIENCE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN. With the price of this book compared to that one and with little difference between the two, it might not be worth gettng.

not perfectly satisfied,

Those sayings are not in detail, just say some developmental steps with practical materials. But some intrigued students get to be well.
