A 60 year old headmaster of a private school joined the Peace Corps and was sent to Nepal. In this memoir, he shares his experience and in so doing fulfills the Peace Corps' third goal- to share with his community. For those over 50 considering Peace Corps service, they should heed Hugins conclusion- "After two years in Nepal I lost 35 pounds and had a wonderful time. I felt young again." This is a well written book.
