Teaching Science to Children,
By Rebecca (Burke, VA United States) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Experiments in Science: How Does it Work? (Hardcover)
This is a wonderful book for teaching science to elementary age children. Subjects included in this book provide hands-on learning for the National Standards of Learning for Science. The book is divided into subject chapters (i.e. Light, Sound, etc.). Each chapter is filled with hands-on science experiments which are interesting to children. Each chapter also includes easy to understand explanations of the concept being taught. Experiments are easy to set up and use simple products usually available around your home.
