As always, Dr. Thurston's clearly articulated insights come to the heart of what practical spirituality is about. This book has been an extremely helpful tool to myself (and countless other seekers) for many years. I'm surprised that I'm the first one to give it the credit it's due.

The book is par excellent for practical application. If you like Edgar Cayce's way to spirituality this is a must book.
