This review is from: Expert WSS 3.0 and MOSS 2007 Programming (Wrox Programmer to Programmer) (Paperback)
I've read this book and refer back to it all the time. We're rolling out MOSS 2007, with custom site definitions, using feature stapling, custom cross site navigation, features with receivers. I've created content types, list definitions out of this book. I easily use this book more than any other. The reading is more in depth that a lot of other books that I've read on MOSS, but I appreciate learning and understanding the details. I have found that I've had to reread a chapter, or come back to a chapter to digest the information. The examples are good. The only criticism I'd have of the book, is that I wish there was more of it.

I understand that this is a expert book
The first 6 chapters were readable and examples worked ok The rest of the chapters was v hard to follow and the examples were ridlled with errors. I felt like the author could have used simpler examples which worked rather than throw in everything and have the user end up with nothing which worked
