Yes, I too, discovered this book in the library and found it irresistible. Here was a whole book dedicated to my generation and not sticky, icky full of platitudes! I like the way the authors show you how to "mix and match" different resume layout styles to maximize showing off your skills ESPECIALLY when you're doing a career change. I'm going from law firm IT(18yrs) to medical records coding and they made me see how to translate my pluses in law firms to medical...they show you "before" and "after resumes so you can see how a resume style change/or combo, really makes a difference!

Am still composing new resumes, using the book as my guide, so do not have a full review to offer at this time. I borrowed the book from my local library, liked what I read so much, I decided to purchase my own copy. A small, worthwhile investment that hopefully will produce future dividends in the form of a satisfactory "encore career." I especially liked the fact that portions of the book are aimed at wannabe career changers like me.
