This is a great book--even for(or especially for) beginners. I am new to machine sewing, and was looking for just about any information I could find. I saw this book on Amazon.com, read the great reviews, and bought it. I'm glad that I did. This book has excellent, useful tips from experienced sewers. Plus, the tips are short, to the point, and are very well illustrated.
