Classic on reaching the moon,

This book is beautifully illustrated with color and B&W full page prints, each with a text by Clarke. The book covers the space programm needed to reach, explore and settle the moon. Written well before the US moon program, it looks somewhat dated. But it has immense charm, and is remarkably prescient concerning how the moon could be reached. If only we had stayed and carried out the colonization...
