I bought this CD to help me in my own personal practice of yoga and meditation, and as a new yoga instructor, I use this CD for my classes as well. It works pretty well, as the melodies are light, allow for instructor projection over the melodies, and there are no distracting vocals, outcries, or calls that alarm some. No complaints, except for track #7 which usually comes up at the very time that I am guiding my class into savasana- the track is louder than the rest and has been found to be distracting by some students. Overall great CD.
