Foreign locations (towns, islands, etc.) are labelled in their native language, which is good but should have an option to view with other languages, e. g. English or Spanish.

Don't Confuse This...,

...with the 3D Globe by National Geographic - which is very good. I don't have the slightest idea if this 3D Globe by DK is any good - because I couldn't install the program. The first thing the CD wanted to do was install something called Quick Time (a player like Flash). Since I already had Quick Time (from another CD fiasco), I didn't have to install it this time. But the result was the same: I couldn't install the DK 3D Globe. The CD also contained a History program, which I was able to install - but that's what I bought the software for. So, bottom line: stay away from this particular software (again, not to be confused with National Geographic 3D Globe) - and avoid Quick Time like the plague.
