This was easy to assemble. I did it alone in less than an afternoon with the included tools and hardware. The only issue I have at all (minor) is that there was no hardware to secure the drawers underneath the bottom bunk to the rest of the bed, so if I push on them they just slide further under the bed. At worst it is a little annoying and would probably be easy to fix if the wife notices and desires.
