I brought a dollhouse for my 2 year old at a secondhand sale and wanted some furniture to fill it with. I didn't want anything with too many little parts. This set is perfect. It is just right for her as it is chunkier for her to hold and the fact that she loves Dora is a plus. One word of warning. Do not buy this set here. I brought mine on [...] for $10 plus 97c shipping!!! The price they want here doesn't make sense.

This set was about $40 yesterday & upped to $140 today due to consumer demand. No wonder they're called Black Sheep... Luckily I looked on Ebay & saw an honest, legitimate seller "websbestdeals"(who currently has 4 left in stock as of 12/03) for $29.99 + Free Shipping. Get em while they're still in stock. Better Hurry before BlackSheep buys the entire lot of them & increases the price by 600%.

I bought this pack of furniture for my 2 year old daughter's "Dora's Castle" that someone gave her (it doesn't come with furniture.) I didn't buy the Castle furniture because it was ridiculously expensive. This stuff fits in the castle just fine and she likes it. I guess the Castle furniture might do some special things, but she doesn't know the difference (neither do I) and the bigger furniture pieces do some converting of their own (i.e. Dora's bed converts to bunk beds, the coffee table can have either a tea set or crayons showing...) If the kid knows that the magical castle is supposed to have magical furniture, this might be a problem, but like I said, my daughter doesn't know the difference, so this did just fine, for a fraction of the price.

There was a recall on this toy due to excessive lead so while you can get it much cheaper through ebay, etc. you need to make sure the toys were made after 2007 which is when the recall occurred.

I purchased this item for my grandchildren and was a bit concerned that it would not work in the doll house my father made for my children years ago. However, when it arrived, I was very pleased with the quality and detail of the items. Very well made, easy to play with and cute!! Perfect for my toddlers and so many interesting little "extras". My personal favorite is the hamster cage. Push a button and the little guy spins in his wheel! The scale of the furniture is perfect, nice bright colors and durable and easy to manipulate the items. IE - opening and closing the sofa (bed), turning the shower into a bathtub, etc. Exceptional bargain at this price, but I ordered it from another Amazon dealer for about $5 less.

Laat year I bought the dollhouse for my granddaughtern for Christmas. I did not realize that it did not come with furniture. So, this year I bought the furniture and she was thrilled. She is a big fan of Dora, and is very happy to have furniture for her Dora's dollhouse.

SpddyS LLC should be utterly ashamed of themselves and AMAZON SHOULD SANCTION THIS COMPANY. This set is currently listed for $249 and it retails elsewhere (like Walmart) for $10-$12.99. This set, from the same seller here on Amazon, used to list for $40. This outrageous price increase is the worst kind of business practice and everyone should boycott this seller.

I bought the Dora's Talking House and all the fixin's to go with it for my 2-year old granddaughter. While the house and all the furniture and the dolls are really cute and colorful, they have no function. My little BooBoo will try to get Dora and the other figurines to lay on the bed, sit on the furniture or on the seats of the Vamanos van and they fall off; they just don't stay and short of taping them on there's nothing you can do about it. So while all of this stuff is really cute, I wouldn't recommend spending any money on any of it since it's such a frustration for little hands.

$329??? I don't think so. What a rip off. My daughter and I can MAKE our own furniture rather than spend that kind of money!

$330 for Dora Toys. Seriously people! I have heard of supply and demand but this is highway robbery. Get real.
