Jim Hoskins was an IBM design engineer and manager and is the author of 10 computer books, including IBM Personal Systems: A Business Perspective, which has sold over 100,000 copies in 12 languages. He lives in Gulf Breeze, Florida. Roger Dimmick has 20 years' experience with the teams that developed the IBM System/3, System/32, System 36, System 38, and finally the AS/400 product line. He lives in Wautama, Wisconsin.
