The book came quickly and appeared to be new. The only problem was it was missing the access code that my son needed for his class. As a result, I had to go online and pay $80 for the access code. I'm not sure if the code was already used by the seller, but regardless, I thought I was purchasing a new product and it was missing a critical element. I did get a great deal on the book but once you added in the extra $80, it wasn't as good of a deal!

well what can i say about this product, i have a class at college and im actually already certified with microsoft 0ffice 2003, although the Interface has changed alot the basics are still there, this book is informative and the examples you can work on are well laid out. even people who have never used office before could pick this book up and work through the hands-on exercises and be ready to rock and roll anytime.

Really satisfied :). Bought it for one of my college courses that required this book. Arrived in an alright condition. Not complaining because I paid $5 for it. Came quick because I purchased one eligible for Amazon Prime. *Be aware that this does NOT include the access code!*

I bought this book, but it ended up being the wrong book for my class! It was a great price, but I just wish that it would of worked for the class that I was taking at the time.

Great price for an expensive book. Came quickly and with great conditions. I would recomend everybody to buy it from here, used if you dont need the access code.

I received the book not in new condition as it was supposed to be it also did not have the access card necessary for my college class. I also was told I would get a refund because of this and never got it...

Incredible book, you can learn a lot if you devote some hours a day to this book.

This is a very good beginner's guide to advanced features within Microsoft Office 2007 products, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.

At first I was a little nervous purchasing this book online, but I couldn't resist the price. Then when the order was in, I was puzzled about the CD that it supposed to come with. It was a little hard to find out the exact details about the product, and I was unable to get an answer, until, I think, the book came in. Then I received the product just how I like it, with the CD too! Mahalo nui loa (Thank you very much). I am very happy with my purchase!
