IF you order this book be sure it includes both the disk and the key. You can buy it new from a book store on campus for less than the end cost from AMAZON. Even if the book comes with the disk, (ours did) you still have to go to the company and buy a key. The key only works for you during that class and runs about $65.00.

Student note: The book is cumbersom to carry. Go to Office Depot and have it remounted into the 4 or 5 lesson segments. It is much easier to handle and use.

Microsoft office 2007 Vol. 1 (3rd Edition) didn't come with the CD. I placed my order on October 12, 2011 and I received the book on November 7, 2011. It took too long to receive the book.

This book was in great condition when I got it and it did not cost me a bundle of cash. I needed this for a college course and the book store on campus was charging upwards of $70!!! This product came quickly and got me through the class. It is written for those who are not so savvy with the computer lingo and the exercises in it are extremely helpful.

Took a long time to arrive here to NZ (ordered early July, just got here yesterday and is now late august) but in good condition :) Betterworldbooks have been great to buy from. This was my second text book from them (first one arrived much faster). Definitely would buy from them again

I have used amazon for years but this book took forever to get and now I have to buy a access code that cost more than what the book would cost me through school. I will not buy anything more from this company again. Julia Renforth

I like amazon and everything involved with it, however though I suppose its no fault of amazons that I know of. But I ordered this book about a weeks ago, and it is just being shipped now...so I have to wait an additional week or more for this textbook...which I need for class...If I had known this I would have thought twice about buying it here. By the time I get it, if its in any bad condition or missing parts I will not have the time to send it back or correct it, I only have a few weeks of this college course, for all I know I could have completely wasted my money.

I'm very upset that over all I will probably have to wait like a month to get this book. If your going to put an item up for sale on amazon and someone wants to buy it, you shouldn't be able to just sit around and mail it whenever you "get around to it" there should be a price reduction the longer someone has to wait for you to ship it. I'm not a stickler about time, I understand a few days...but WEEKS?! That should never happen!

As a parent of a college student it's nice to receive books timely and in great condition as this one was. it cost me less than a 1/3 of what the on campus store wanted for a used book so I'm very happy to have it.

Book was in excellent condition, only real complaint is the thing huge. Overall great book for people who aren't familiar with Microsoft Office software. Would recommend this book for students and non students, its a great resource to have.

the book was in great condition. it came with the dvd also in great condition. they sent it quickly so i had it in time for class. i would definitely buy from them again
