This is the standard for cleaning whiteboards, IMO. It does the work fast.

Problem is, one you use it, you have to vacate the room for a few hours. The smell is awful - strong and dizzying. I tried cutting it with water, which helped some, but then it doesn't clean as well. My colleagues complain every time I use it. They seem to think it's killing their brain cells. The bottle does say, after all, VAPOR HARMFUL on the side. Also says CONTAINS: 2-BUTOXY ETHANOL, ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL.

If you have no sense of smell, this product might rate five stars for you (unless it also has other side effects). Otherwise, I recommend only using it at the end of the work day immediately before leaving the office.

While the Expo white board cleaner is not new to our school, the size is. Our instructors had to clean their whiteboards with the 8oz. Expo spray bottle. Doesn't sound like a big deal right? Well our boards are 16 feet long and when you draw a picture of an automotive cooling system on it with five different colors, that's a big job to be removed. Our boards were not getting cleaned properly and worse, the frustration of cleaning a large area with a small spray pump drove them to use larger bottles of a cleaner that harms the finish of the board and will void the finish warranty. Also, their right index fingers were getting huge. Now with the gallon size containers, we can fill a 32oz. bottle and they can spray away. Our boards are cleaner and will last much longer. Do the math; this is a huge savings over the individual 8oz. bottles.

The Expo Cleaner was delivered quickly. I did not have to drive sixty miles to the nearest store that carries it so it saved me time and gas money also. I have used this product before and it cleans very well.
