Expo Washable Bullet Tip Dry Erase Markers, 6 Colored Markers

We bought these because we were having trouble getting stains out of clothes from traditional dry erase markers. They write pretty well, a little watery looking maybe, but otherwise work fine. However it was very disappointing that they did not wash out of clothing, even when treated immediately. Wouldn't recommend them because they still stain.

I bought these markers because they looked brighter, and also because I thought their "washable" nature would prevent the color from staining on my board at work. Well, two of the colors (the purple and the blue) look like a very worn out version of the regular purple and blue you would use. Faded and not bright at all. More like "watercolor" came to mind. However, I do really like the pink, green, and orange. And, the bullet tip was another plus.

All in all though, now that I found they have an actual neon set, I wouldn't spend 10 bucks on this set again only to not want to use two of them. But, if you wanted to use them for kids, it probably is a great choice. Just not for what I intended them.

These markers did not wash off any of my white boards. They are permanently stained. To top it off the colors are poor.

DO NOT BUY. BAD PRODUCT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

These markers do not erase from the whiteboard. We tried the Expo cleaner and alcohol, and I can still see the marks. I contacted customer service asking about why these don't erase and they told me to try alcohol. I thought whiteboard markers were supposed to erase, rather than have me scrubbing them off with 70% alcohol! Expo would not replace this product, despite the fact that it is clearly defective.

The colors are not as vibrant as regular (non washable) whiteboard markers. But seriously, none of that matters if the markers don't erase.

These 'washable' dry erase markers may wash out of clothes, but they do NOT come off the white board! The blue, green & purple are still on my board and I have scrubbed it 3 times with the whiteboard cleaner. I am not happy.

I was very excited to try these, but ended up horribly disappointed. Not only were they light and streaky from the start, they stopped working after a few uses.

Also, they have stained my daughters clothes and have left marks on my kitchen table (where the kids "missed" the boards) that I cannot get off!!!

Stains the board and clothes. Finally got it off the board with alcohol, but couldn't get it off the wood on the easel, even with Magic Eraser. NOT washable at all.

I bought these for my 4 year old daughter for her birthday due to the fact that they are supposed to be washable. She has had them for less than 48 hours and she has already stained her birthday dress, a shirt, and a stuffed animal. I treated the stains immediately and tried every product I had including a Clorox bleach pen. NONE of the stains came out. To make matters worse, they are more runny than traditional markers and thus more apt to stain. Horribly disappointed!

I usually do not review products. These are horrible. They were supposed to be NEON. A better name might be watercolors. The orange is streaky and dried out. The blue and purple are shadows of the originals. Lime green looks awful and is difficult to wash off.

Buy the originals, you wont be disappointed.

Only the orange color erases completely using a dry cloth or eraser. The other colors leave very noticeable marks. Get the "normal" Expo markers.

If you've stained your white board with these try cleaning it with rubbing alcohol. 70% isopropyl alcohol removed all traces of the ink these markers left behind on my very expensive board. Nothing else worked.
