5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best Animorphs books!
I really liked how discriptive K.A. Applegate was in this book of the ocean far below the surface where the giant squid are. I really liked the suspense when Rachel was trapped within the squids tentacles. The only thing is, a lot of times in her books, she says a lot about which Animorphs have a crush on who, like for example: Rachel likes Tobias and Cassie likes Jake,...

3.0 out of 5 stars Not a great book
This book was ok, but what I didn't really like about it was that I found that the beggining and other parts of the book seem ghostwritten. I might be wrong, but Rachel just didn't seem like herself. It just didn't seem like KAA's writing. Also, the next book, #28, had a message in the dedication that said "thanks some person for helping her with the...

You should read it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very cool You never know what is going to happen!, July 16, 1999

This book rocks! The story line is basicly that Eric and the other chee have been imoblized and the only way to corectic it is to go down to a ship 15,000 feet under sea leavel. Farther then anyone had gone with out some sort of craft. K.A. keeps you geussing and you don't know how it will end.

5.0 out of 5 stars A must-read, June 4, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: The Exposed (Animorphs #27) (Paperback)
This was way cool! There's something wrong with the Chee, and the Animorphs have to fix it. The hard choice Rachel makes leaves you at the edge of your seat. This makes more sense if you read #26 first.

2.0 out of 5 stars Hmm, September 18, 2008
This review is from: The Exposed (Animorphs #27) (Paperback)
Frankly, I feel this book comes from the middle of the series where the plot gets wrapped up in silly tangents. Still, the Chee are fun characters and Applegate manages to provide plenty of excitement and action, as always.

4.0 out of 5 stars Animorphs Book Review The Exposed #27, November 29, 2006

Animorphs Book Review
The Exposed #27
In this exciting book of the Animorph series the Animorphs have a huge problem, the Chee are androids and have froze. Even worse the Chee's holograms are off! The Animorphs have to race the clock to find a way to get the Chee's holograms on again and get them to move before humans figure out that there are androids on earth. Also, they have to hope the Yeerk slugs, another type of alien don't get their hands on the advanced technology of the Chee.

My thoughts about this book are it's a great book for 10-11 year old kids. This book has a lot of action. At times though it can be confusing, so you might want to reread at times. This book is incredible if you want to have a laugh because there is a boy named Marco and he is part of the Animorphs. He is totally sarcastic! His jokes will make you laugh out loud!

I totally recommend this book, get prepared for a thrill!

It just didn't seem like KAA's writing. Also, the next book, #28, had a message in the dedication that said "thanks some person for helping her with the manuscript." These "thank you for helping me prepare the manuscript" messages has been showing up since book 28. It looks like Animorphs is going to be a ghostwritten series.

4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent, but not superior, May 4, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: The Exposed (Animorphs #27) (Paperback)
I like this book. I read it in one day. That's okay, I do that with all of KAA's books now, if I can get an empty day. The book could have been better, but the end, though, wasn't the greatest. It was about Crayak (the Big Red Eye) in the end, and the whole importance of the war.

5.0 out of 5 stars This book is excellent!, January 19, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: The Exposed (Animorphs #27) (Paperback)
This is a totally great book. It has Rachel morphing squid on the cover. Erek the chee's hologram is exposed to the world. Can the animorphs figure out why and do something before it's too late? Also recommended: The Experiment(28), The Sickness(29), The Reunion(30), Megamorphs:Elfangor's Secret(#3), and Alternamorphs:The First Journey
