Wax On Radio,
By
This review is from: Exposition (Audio CD)
I have been following Wax on Radio for about a year. I have bought their first album along with the new EP. The bass lines are forceful, and the drumming is very creative with a new sound. The singers voice also carries with you for a long time afterwards. I would reccommend the album to anyone who likes music. "Dawn Architects" is one of the newest and best songs, only rivalled by "General of Medicine City". The triumph of the new EP is old favorites such as "Give Me a Place to Stand and I will Move the Earth" and "Today I Became a Realist". A defintite must have for any Chicago Indie-Rock scene fan.

Let the mind blowing commence...,
This review is from: Exposition (MP3 Download)
A roommate randomly had the CD, I'm not sure where he got it or how he heard about them, but I'm thankful he had. He took off for China for a week and I was rummaging through his music and decided to pop this in. I was instantly hooked, I'm a big experimental/prog-rock fan and I absolutely love this. I ordered it immediately and it is one of my favorite albums. I would also highly recommend Dawn Architects, I'll often listen to it several times in a row, its like an aural orgasm. Just a beautifully put together album, song flows to song seamlessly, its simply flawlessly crafted. Not only are they amazing musicians but they know how to create a true musical experience. Please buy this.

ONE OF THE BEST ALBUMS I'VE EVER BOUGHT,
By
This review is from: Exposition (Audio CD)
I cannot say enough about this album!!! It has not left my cd player for 3.5 months and im trying to play most of their stuff on guitar now.
"Today i became a realist" is the catchy tune of the album. Great riffs in the middle, great vocals. the jam in between song 2-3 is great. "Remembering" really shows off the AMAZING vocals of mikey russell, and great drumming by sammy del real. "When in Rome" has a very cool soft baseline from Harrison in it which is a sound ive never heard. "The Devil" flat out rocks. the build up in the middle is amazing and shows you great guitar from Bob. and the band is very tight all around. The entire album comes together with "Give me a place to stand and I will move the earth." Amazing vocals and lyrics, the band truly shines. it finally ties into the 1st song at the end and shows you how great and musically talented the band really is. If they stay together there is no doubt in my mind (or apparently Rolling Stones Mind) that these guys would skyrocket to stardome
