Do you like Parisian or Viennese elctronica, Like soulful hip-hop?,

Not too well known...but that's probably why they're so gooood. if you're into paris style jazz-house, Viennese trip-hop like K&D, and also enjoy soulful funkalicious rhythms, you _will_love_this_. Troublemakers give you a mild dose of each, at times making you want to get up and dance, at rarer times making you flip like with a good Funkadelic record, and all other times, just making you feel cool and thankful to have found these guys. It's a refreshing album, and definitely recommended. A decent enough progression from "Doubts & Convictions".

Clearly they know what sounds good,

Since the Troublemakers' first release "Doubts & Convictions" I've eagerly waited a follow-up album. "Express Way" is the album I've been waiting for and it is well worth the wait. Produced with characteristic style the Troublemakers blend funky grooves, hip-hop, great beats and spoken word into something remarkably fresh. The Troublemakers clearly know what sounds good. Speaking of hip-hop on three of the tracks none other then the Gift of Gab of Blackalicious throws down the rhymes. If you are looking for something fresh, something interesting and something worth hearing check out "Express Way" by the Troublemakers.

I am a huge fan of the previous Troublemakers album - Doubts and Convictions. However this album is quite a departure from this style. Most notably, almost half of this album contains rap / hip-hop style tracks. If you are receptive to hip hop and rap you will like this album. If you are like me, and can't stand it, you may be disappointed.
