If you have a need to swap out laptop hard drives or just need a portable backup drive enclosure this is a great product. Keep in mind this company also sells a sata version which is much faster than USB 2.0. It can take a little practice to get the pieces to snap together but this is a minor issue for me. The device also looks high tech and is quite solid.
