I have been using this GPS wall charger for almost a year on my Magellan Roadmate 1412 and it has worked flawlessly. From my experience it has proven to be an excellent product.

Purchased to allow out-of-car recharging of Magellan 1475T GPS unit, or for those occasions when I want to use the unit in a hotel room to search for nearby restaurants, for example. Works as advertised.

I've had this chill mat for less than a week but already know it's just what I needed AND it's small, compact, and will be easy to travel with.

I purchase this charger for my magellan gps that went flat on me after 3 uses. I was given the car charger but those of you w/ gps know that you don't get the ac adapter. So if your temporarily out of cash like me you go w/o it until you find a store like charger city on Amazon. Charger city was prompt w/ the purchase. The price was great and the product works great w/ my gps. The gps is now working in perfect condition. I've already recommended my friends and family to purchase the A.c adapter. Charger city if I'm not lost, it's b/c your rock.!

I've found that having a power supply that you can use in the house a great benefit. You can preprogram your gps at leisure. You can also charge the battery prior to starting on you trip. You can try some other features that are available on the gps.

I bought it for my mother and she said it was great. That's all i needed to know.

Bought this charger to keep my Magellan 1475T GPS charged before use. Became very important when a full charge was needed to update a new release of the firmware. It did not have to be put in car to charge up - just a little time on the wall charger and it was ready to connect to my computer for the update. Good addition to your GPS toolkit...

I bought this charger along with the Magellan GPS so that I could charge the GPS in my house. It didn't work. Magellan has some words of warning about not using a regular USB input to charge the unit. It would have cost me more to ship the charger unit back than I would have recovered, so it's now just another useless piece of electronics gear gathering dust.
