Works as expected,but as with all extensions, you have to make room for them.When viewing videos,the second monitor isn't quite as clear as the primary, but it's pretty close.

I needed an extension cable for the control box on my Logitech 5.1 speaker system. Cable used by Logitech was a regular DB15. This cable served my purpose. After installation the system works fine, speakers across the room, control box by my chair. Can't speak to whether it is good for video signals but all the pins are connected properly. Quality seems good.

I went to several stores and they wanted a lot of money for a 12' VGA cable, I got this one, twice the length for less than half the price they were asking at the cheapest store (a computer parts store at the flea market). I don't know who pays those prices for a cable. That's why I buy at Amazon.
