Most Helpful Customer Reviews

Format: Hardcover
It is telling that only now, 34 years after it was published has anyone seen fit to comment on one of the most important books ever written by - no surprise - the team of Dr's Ehrlich and Ehrlich. Paul and Anne have been conveying not just wake-up calls, but scientific and cultural remedies for the chaos and horrors our species relentlessly meets out to all others.

Why, I wonder, in a world of tweets, do people prefer to ignore the reality that, as but one example, 80% of all parrots left on Earth appear doomed to go extinct in the wild?

The Ehrlichs have made it clear and if we fail to listen before it is too late, it WILL BE TOO LATE!
