I read the other reviews about the oversized gravity chairs and there were several instances where short people couldn't use them. I'm 5 feet 2 inches and I wanted something wide enough so I could rest my arms down if I wanted. I can do that.
My big beef with gravity chairs is that you can't roll over on your belly. Right now they are the only thing going so I guess the extra wide is as good as it gets.

Love, Love, Love this chair! If I go away, I take this chaise to sleep in. Can't get a good night's sleep on a bad mattress. Purchased thru Amazon which provided great ease in the selection of the product and very prompt shipping. Highly recommend! Barbara
