I am a caterer and garlic lover. With my experience in the kitchen, I have to say that this book is the easiest cookbook to follow and it has excellent food. The meals actually taste great. Most cookbooks, have three or four really good recipes, but this garlic cookbook has over 80 fantastic easy to make meals, with extra garlic in every recipe. Garlic lover or not, you will love this book. The author's garlic story is cute too. The tid bit's are great. They actually work too. I eat garlic everyday now, and use the information in the tid bit's section and I do not smell like garlic anymore. The remedies REALLY WORK.

This is simply the best garlic book in bookstores anywhere. It has a cool story on how garlic saved the author and the recipes are great.
Plus I met the author, while he was in Amsterdam and he is very cool and knows a great deal about garlic.

This is the best garlic cookbook out on the market today. It is bold and refreshing. There is a cute story on how garlic saved the author's life and a helpful tid bits section. I love this book and recommend it everyone, garlic lover or not! The recipes are very easy to follow and they taste amazing. BUY THIS BOOK, IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!! The salsa is to die for!!!
