It's been 30 years and change since my first time using Shrinky Dinks, and they're still as much fun! This set doesn't have anything but the Shrinky Dink "paper" -- no colored pencils or stencils or anything -- but that doesn't take away from your enjoyment. It's such a great product and great fun for a rainy day. Just buy this, get some colored pencils and design away.

I always thought these were cool, ever since I was a kid. My kids were fairly impressed. Amazingly, they had never heard of them. The kids made some jewelry and little characters. It's a great product, but it is still rather expensive. This pack seemed to be the best value on Amazon, but I was still hesitant to buy a pack for each of the 3 kids. Hard to believe that a product that has been around since the mid-70's still has such a high marginal cost. Another knock would be that there are no instructions in this pack. I understand it's supposed to be a "refill pack", but come-on, you guys can't put "bake at 325F until flat" or whatever it is, on the envelope.

This product is a great idea. Any child who likes to make shrinky-dinks will need extra sheets to work on.
