I just received this. It arrived very fast. It appears to be sturdily made. The one page of instructions in the box has to do with a locking mechanism; I'm not able to make much sense out of what was written, and it doesn't make it clear that there are two locking mechanisms, one beneath each arm.

But the problem is that a zero gravity chair is supposed to raise your legs to the same level as your heart, removing all stress from your spine, and this does NOT. Go to Google Images and search "zero gravity chair" and you will see the incline these are supposed to reach. This chair does not recline far enough to accomplish that. I still feel some weight on my tailbone (precisely what I'm trying to avoid) and the incline feels no different than my La-Z-Boy in its full recline position -- minus the padding.

It's comfortable and seems to be well made, so buy it if you want a luxurious lawnchair-type recliner.

EDIT: Since this was not exactly what I thought I was buying, the seller agreed to refund the cost AND pay the shipping costs to return the chair. Styled Shopping... a good seller, I would do business with them again. I want to emphasize that if I needed a really nice, comfortable outdoor recliner, I'd be very pleased with this item.

This extra wide model is heavy steel with strong material fastened with rope through grommets around the frame. Nicely done.

The mechanism to hold the chair in whatever position you choose, is a bit tricky. Two cam levers lock the frame in position securely and need to be adjusted properly to work.

Once you have it sorted out it is very comfortable, and the extra width is a pleasant change from the usual chair sizes made outside the USA. I would buy another. Good chair.

This is a very well designed recliner. It operates smoothly and locks at the position you select. The materials used in its construction are solid and well built.
The main PROBLEM with this recliner is keeping other people from sitting in it when you get up momentarily. I have had to resort to placing a "NO TRESPASSING" sign on it when I am not actually sitting in it!
Try one you will like it...don't for get your sign you will need it.

This chair is more comfortable than a different lounge chair I bought last year since this one is wider and longer - better to nap in!

This chair is fabulous! It is light, yet sturdy, is easy to move and to set up. The reclining mechanism works well, although locking it in a place is tricky, however not always necessary to do. It is wide enough to hold me and a couple of dachshunds--great fun! We have enjoyed many naps in this great chair!

We like most of every feature of this chair (bought 2) but the tilt back mechanism doesn't work as it should. It is too much of a hassle to send back but won't buy again.

I was looking for a chair that would support my back, give me extra width and look good on the patio. This chair does all three. It has clean lines, dries quickly and is very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this one again.

I love this chair - very comfortable to sit in. My back does not hurt in this chair. Love being able to lock it in place in many positions.

These chairs are great. This wide one is very comfortable. Easy to clean, needs not cover.
