Extraordinary Healing is a great book! I think it is an absolute necessity for anyone interested in personal or spiritual growth. Even if you aren't, this book will help make sense of your life and understand others around you.

I love the stories and examples the author uses throughout. It really helps to understand that not only do other people have issues, but they can be overcome by using the techniques in this book. It is truly inspiring.

This book is so encouraging, positive, and well written that you know you can overcome any challenges you have. It's not like some other books, the ones you know you can't possibly do all those things they recommend. With this book, it is laid out very clearly, and you know you can achieve your goals.

Extraordinary Healing is a very real book. It's not full of mumbo jumbo and psychological terms. It is relaxing and hopeful, and you can read it again and again.

I highly recommend this book to everyone--read it and use it. If everyone did, the world would be a very peaceful place. Enjoy!

An hour before I was to leave for my Paris honeymoon, a severe migraine headache came over me. My sister had just completed Marilyn Gordon's hypnotherapy course in Oakland, and offered to perform "tapping" to relieve my pain. Within minutes the pain disappeared. I've since read Marilyn's book twice and have learned how to do the tapping on myself, as well as several other energy therapy techniques. The book is very down to earth and quite easy to read, whether you're a novice to spirituality or an experienced healer. The information in her book has made a profound difference in my everyday life: pain management, energy flow, and relationship enhancement.

I consider Marilyn Gordon a wonderful mentor and wise teacher. I have purchased most of her materials and use them in my own practice. My work has become much more compassionate and powerful under the inspiration of Marilyn.

Marilyn is an excellent writer and a person who has walked a healing path personally and professionally for a long time. This book is clearly written for both the lay person, and for those who are practitioners and fellow hypnotherapists. Marilyn brings so much wisdom and insight into this healing program, but it doesn't have a crammed, overwhelmed or heavy feeling. It has a lot of space, clarity, peace and breathing room within the phrases and thoughts. Marilyn discusses a manageable program for profound healing on all levels... emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. She incorporates the best of what's out there in the healing field, and repeats in an encouraging way that all healing is a shift in the mind and heart and soul which involves an embracing of understanding, forgiveness and compassion. Her writing gives such great encouragement to do this work of deep healing. She also explains about a profound energy tapping technique that breaks up "old stuck stuff." Thanks, Marilyn, for this book. It's a work of art and a credit to you as a healer and a writer. You are putting forth the new paridigm in healing.

Marilyn Gordon is a marvelous healer and her books reflect her beautiful healing Light! Extraordinary Healing is a double pleasure, two books in one really. First she takes you on an inspirational journey of healing and then she shows you how to overcome common problems on your own using the miracle technique, EFT. She shows you how a very simple "tapping" technique can free you from fears, anxieties, and move you into healing.

Thank you Marilyn for this very practical and wonderful book. I will continue to order them by the case lots so that I can offer them to our students at The Banyan Hypnosis Center for Training & Services. You and your book are the best at teaching this technique.

As a new hypnotherapist years ago, I was told of Marilyn Gordon in revered terms by my colleagues. Seeing her teach and reading this book transformed me, inspired me. My eyes were open to the integration of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) into already powerful hypnotic techniques for enhanced success. Extraordinary Healing is truly an inspirational book. I've learned valuable and effective tools that have helped me heal emotions that have been with me since childhood. I can't recommend this book highly enough. Most everyone in the world has some sort of emotional, physical, or psychological paain/discomfort. Marilyn's experience and wisdom in the field of healaing allows one to transform those sources of pain into opportunities for growth, comfort, and joy.

There are many healing modalities highlighted in this book. Personally, I am a case study for EFT and energy tapping but if you are not open to this, there are many other ways to approach your particular situation for healing.

I plan to go out today and buy her new book I believe entitled The Wise Mind (need to double check as I have just heard of it). Marily is a devoted, compassionate leader in the spirituality and healing arts and a book liek this can absolutley change someone's life like it did mine. If I ever have any negative situation (physical, stress related, whatever), I follow her techniques and meet the issue head on get in touch with my energies and pressure points and virtually instantly, my healing begins.

Forget about the pills. Uncover what exactly is causing your problems and Marilyn is here to guide you the entire way.

I love this book! Extraordinary Healing is beautifully written, interesting, and inspirational!

If you ever have a time when you don't feel well physically, mentally or spiritually, this book can help. Here you will find clearly written step by step instructions for healing that can change your life. My life has been changed by these techniques and I know I will make use of this information from now on.

This is the kind of book every one should have in their library. Fun to read and full of practical techniques that can be used immediately. Thank you Marilyn for writing this valuable book. I'm looking forward to reading your next book as well.

I bought the book for my husband who just finished an intense few months absorbed in Dahn Hak Yoga. He was so excited to get it, but then I found it a few weeks later in our stack to give to charity. He didn't find what he needed in there... good luck.
