I am not going to bore you to death telling you all about this book. I have at least 20 of the best books on the market on Bodybuilding from Mentzers complete works and Dr Dardens HIT range. Palumbo's Perfect Prison physique to Yates' Blood & Guts. This book is easily in the top 5 of books I have read on the subject. You could have all the succuess you ever want if you just bought this book on it's own. BUY IT!

This is a great book and a must read for getting the most from your training. It covers what you need to know in order to get bigger. I would highly recommend it.

Not all that much different than the 2nd one but all in all a very informative book. I've been following Dr. Colker's advice since the 1st edition came out a few years ago and its made a huge difference in my physique. I thought i knew everything there was to know but in fact much of it was wrong and this book got me on a much more effective track. Definitely recommend it.
