This was comprehensive and helpful. It is helpful whenever I have any problems with the issues that plague the industry such as census, staffing, hospitaility, growth planning, etc. As an operator of multiple homes, I have used it as a quick guide to challenge my team to make improvements. It is more than a quick read, it is best served as a reference and training tool. I have seen the ideas fix problems by stimulating my team when they fall stagnate or during business growth. It turned around way more money that it cost me to purchase already.

This book is great -if you know nothing about LTC or marketing. If that is the case buy it ,use it and learn from it. If it is not the case , it is a common sense approach to LTC. There are many valid points and a few areas in which you can take from to develop your own strategy. If you are a new administrator and need guidance - buy it . If you are in the business , it is nothing you haven't seen or heard before. I wish I could say it was worth every penny I spent but I can't. I can say it was good not great.
