All the DK Eye Wonder books are a great way to introduce elementary school students to non-fiction subjects. The pictures are simply stunning and the test is interesting and informative. Once the children get older (middle school) introduce them to the Eye Witness Series to continue their learning.

Lots of good pictues and information. Unfortunately, it's all a little crammed and overwhelming. Would like for the book to have included a chart to clarify how mammals fit into the overall classification system.
