I love Urban Decay! I have been using the original primer that dries nude for a while now and I can't believe I ever went without it. I have people commenting all the time about how great my makeup looks and wanting to know how I keep it looking so good all day.
Since I loved the original so much, I thought I'd try the shimmery one. It's even better than the original. I love shimmery eyeshadows and this primer makes them even more shimmery. Love it!

I have very oily eyelids and eyeshadow usually melts down during the day. but using this primer, makeup stays in place a lot longer. besides, it has a slight illuminative effect that I enjoy a lot.

I've gotten the Eye Shadow Primer from Urban Decay in the purple bottle before and I loved it. When I got this new one (I bought the bigger size because I loved the product so much), I wasn't as impressed. There's a difference in the composition (this one is more shimmery) which I think changed its effectiveness. When I buy again, I will buy the smaller, purple bottle, which worked much better. This one does work but it creases by the evening, where the purple bottle lasted ALL day.
