Even if you don't plan on traveling to France anytime soon, you will be extremely pleased with this book. This book is broken down by each region of France and displays beautiful color photographs. It is not just a travel guide, but a history book and so much detail you will "feel" like you have been to the big city of Paris and the French countryside. Maps and city block layouts are so detailed I feel like I could never get lost if I was there. Great "small" coffee table book!
