Dr. Jensen has authored a remarkable series on various books of the Holy Bible. The great thing about this one, especially the section of Ezekiel is that it is so careful in diagramming the complex sections of this work. Dr. Jensen loves diagrams, and so do I! Further, there are wonderful pages that can be reproduced and used in small group settings as the basis for class activity (students fill in the blanks or give brief answers to his questions), as considerable discussion can be generated. Thus, Dr. Jensen makes these works ACCESSIBLE in a way that few teachers can. Though the book of Ezekiel for example is filled with complex visions and an elaborate plan for a new Temple (some believe it is the plan for a Third Temple which will be a harbinger of the Second Coming), as we study through the book in Jensen we completely lose the feeling that it is wholly esoteric, and begin to appropriate its prophetic themes as our own. I also found this to be true of his book on Revelation which I used as the centerpiece for a six month course on that book (at Bible Christian Church in Brooklyn, NY). Again, thank you Dr. Jensen. You have touched my life and others here in Brooklyn. Are you ready to really understand these prophets? Are you ready to be awakened to the prophetic messages of Ezekiel and Daniel (especially Ezekiel)? If you are, then this is the right book for you.
