The Ez Icontact Pro webcam is easy to use, small, and can be sat on the desk, hung upside down over the monitor, or clipped to a spot out of the way that still overlooks the desk. I use it for video conversations on Messenger and Skype, and it works very well. Once you figure out that focusing it requires manually turning the lens, changing position and focus is easy. The earpiece/microphone that comes with it is not great (though I've had worse) and sometimes causes the person you're speaking with to hear an underlying hum. However, I bought the item for the camera, and I'm very satisfied with it.
