Everything they claim it to be and a little bit more. The Ezy Dose Silver Colored Pill Fob Necklace for Nitroglycerine Tablets holds plenty of Nitro tablets even for the most serious of users. The fob is somewhat heavy to me , I am not use to wearing any kind of jewelry, but still comfortable to wear and easy to get used to wearing. Completely satified with this product. Great item and what a reasonable price for something to be used for the rest of my life! I had been carrying that silly little bottle of 25 pills from the pharmacy and continuously misplaced them, so I got the nitro bottle holder for my keychain which was huge but did me no good if I was separated from my keys (like at work when I put my keys in my desk drawer). Decided to put a necklace on the nitro bottle holder but soon realized how uncomfortable that was and how ridiculous it looked under my shirts. This holder is perfect! Small and wears like a piece of jewelry. This solved most of my problems - I still have to remember to put it on.
