I am a teacher and this year i used this book to teach my students about the American flag. No only does this book touch on the alphabet and alliteration, but it also is full of fun facts and important information about the importance of the flag. The author clearly knows her audience and my students read this book independently for weeks after my lesson because they really enjoyed the text and colorful pictures!
