Robert Jay Martin, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), is
certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA),
and he also has a 4 year college degree from the University of Detroit-Mercy.
His clientel consists of people from the age of 8 all the way to people nearing
90. He trains athletes of all levels and people just looking to get in shape or lose
weight. He has people that have great health and people that have some
form of an ailment or disease that restricts them in some form. Rob has
seen a lot of success with his clients, this is his reasoning behind the book,
