I had been suffering with chronic constipation and IBS for 52 years and had gone to numerous doctors and healers for help. I stumbled across this book in a Sydney, Australia bookstore 5 months ago, went back the next day, purchased it and put into practice what the author suggested. My health has sky-rocketed! I feel fantastic. My IBS has completely gone, I'm no longer constipated, even when traveling.Every aspect of my health has improved, greatly, including my disposition and feelings of happiness. This woman has literally given me a life I never thought I would have. I thank my lucky stars that I ran across this information. Buy this book and have the health you deserve.

Okay, I'll confess to having read (and tried) a few (million) diet books. Actually its become a hobby of sorts, but I have to say that this "diet" book is far and away the most practical to consistantly use that I've run across in a very long time. No extremes in terms of foods you must eat or avoid. Recipes and food-prep philosophy easy to incorporate into the daily lives of you and your family. Your digestive system might take a few days to adjust - depending upon what your previously way of eating was like - but overall I think this is a way of eating that most can adapt to.

f2 DIET,

I did the previous "F1 Diet" while living in London some years ago and it was the most successful diet of the many many I have tried. I just discovered the F2 diet and starting it now. Thge F1 plan was extrremely simple; not sure why but it was truely effective. I lost 40 pounds and dfound myself running to the next bus stop instead of waiting for the bus! Most energy I had in years!

First off, the F2 diet is healthy! The soup and salad recipes provided will improve your digestive health whether or not you intend to lose weight.
The advice for losing weight is practical, not draconian. If you are aware of how much fat and calories is in the food you eat, and how hunger and digestion work, you can make intelligent decisions and balance your desire for food with your weight loss goals. If you regularly replace meals with the F2 soups and salads, you will consume fewer calories without feeling deprived. I don't follow the diet plan, but I use the advice, fat counters, and recipes to help me make sensible choices, and I'm slowly but steadily losing weight without feeling like I'm "on a diet". Brilliant! |
