This steam cleaner is excellent. Very good suction, great cleaning and very easy to clean out when finished. The attachment for stair cleaning also has the rotating scrub brushes and works very well. I had some difficulty getting this product since it was recently discontinued, and two sellers had canceled my order after purchase. I was finally able to get one (for a bit more money), but it was well worth it. I've had three Bissel steam cleaners that have all broken with relatively little use, and were difficult to clean. I love the Hoover.

Now that I have my Agility, I can not live without it! Works great, easy to use and clean after use. Easy to move around furniture and small spaces. Comes ready to use and leaves carpets almost dry (using several "dry passes"); my carpets were DRY in less than 1 1/2 hours.

A piece broke off the front scooper sucker thingy after 5 minutes. Must have been broken in the box. I epoxied it. Besides breaking and having to fix it, everything else is great... works great...
