This review is from: F6F Hellcat in Action - Aircraft No. 36 (Paperback)
You can argue all day long about which of the WWII Fighter was the best - Corsair, Hellcat, Zero, Spitfire, FW-190, but you can't argue that this is an excellent book. It packs a ton of information in 50 pages. The history of this Grumman "Iron Works" carrier plane; its development, the different models, statistics, photos, color drawings are all there. Plenty of crisp B&W photos, line drawings, captions for the photos make this a good addition to your collection.
There are more comprehensive books out there, but this is a great book for modelers or someone who has an interest in aviation. You can also get it cheaper if you shop around.
